Please note, payment is due at the start of treatment, and payments are taken by Debit or Credit card only.
Private prescriptions can be taken to any pharmacy. Medication (drug) costs are charged directly to you by the pharmacy of your choice. For this reason, we cannot provide a cost for this and we are unable to refund the cost of drugs. We advise you to shop around for the best price.
Payment is due at the start of treatment.
IVF or ICSI cancelled treatments
If your treatment does not go according to plan the following will apply:
- If treatment is cancelled after you start the first injections but before you start the second injections the total charge for treatment will be £150.
- If the ovaries don’t respond to the injections and treatment is stopped before the egg collection you will be refunded £1500 (if IVF) or £2500 (if ICSI).
- If no eggs are collected during the retrieval procedure and ICSI was planned, you will be refunded £1000.
Donor insemination treatment
If a superovulation treatment is cancelled because of poor or over-response to drugs, the fee will be reduced to £450
