Your care and treatment is provided by experienced and skilled laser nurse practitioners.
At your consultation, one of our laser nurse practitioners will discuss the treatment you have requested and assess your suitability.
If it is appropriate to proceed, all aspects of the treatment will be discussed in further detail and you will be given an opportunity to ask any questions .
During your consultation we will ask you the following questions:
- Medical history
- Medications current and past
- Skin problems past and present
- Ethnic origin to evaluate your skin type prior to treatment
- General health and wellbeing
- Current skin routine.

We will not be able to carry out laser treatment in the following circumstances (and you may lose any deposit paid)

- Botox or fillers in the treatment area within 2 weeks.
- Cold sore within a month.
- Planned holiday within one month, where sun exposure is expected.
- Recent skin peel or the use of certain skin treatments within 2 weeks. If you use retinol or exfoliators please stop using these products for 2 weeks prior to your laser consultation
- We will not treat during pregnancy. Please wait until 6 months after the birth to book your consultation.
