Susan is a registered nurse with over 40 years of clinical experience, mainly gained in operating theatres across a wide range of surgical specialities, including dermatology and plastic surgery.
She has worked as a laser nurse practitioner for 15 years and holds advanced qualifications certifying her experience in complex procedures aligned with industry standards and regulations. In addition, Susan is qualified in chemical peels, professional facials and advanced electrical facial treatments.
Susan is motivated by providing safe, effective, and transformative treatments, while supporting clients to gain confidence as their skin improves.
Laura McDonald
Registered nurse and qualified laser practitioner
Laura is a qualified nurse with 18 years’ post-registration experience, 17 of which have been in theatres, preparing patients for operations and looking after patients with complex clinical needs. Her background includes extensive experience in burns and plastic surgery, with a focus on patient assessment, infection prevention and safety during operations.
Laura became a laser nurse practitioner 5 years ago and provides a wide range of laser treatments, alongside comprehensive patient consultations and clinical assessments to ensure treatments are appropriate and safe.
Laura has completed advanced laser training and has in-depth knowledge of dermatological conditions, skin lesion management and laser tissue interaction.
