Experience:
Mr Dorkin has been a consultant at Newcastle Hospitals since 2006 and offers a region-wide service for genito-urethral reconstruction, specialised surgical procedures aimed at restoring the normal function and appearance of the male genitourinary system, which includes the urinary tract and reproductive organs.
He performs circumcision, fixes scar tissue in the urine channel (urethroplasty), implant surgery for erectile dysfunction and straightening surgery for Peyronies disease. He also specialises in surgery to clear stones in the urinary tract including lasertripsy and TURP for urinary retention.
